Your program.
Less to manage.

From initial sourcing to years of parts supply and customer service, SI keeps your program moving.

We invest in inventory.
You keep moving.

Your corporate team shouldn’t have to purchase and store every location’s future requirements.

For agreed programs, SI funds and warehouses inventory, so locations can order from stock as they need it. We establish the product, quantities, ordering terms, and replenishment plan together.

Inventory funding and stocking commitments depend on the scope and terms of each program.

One connected program.

A practical plan from the first conversation to ongoing supply.

  1. Start with your locations.

We agree on specifications, expected volume, timing, and how your locations will order. Domestic and overseas sourcing can both be considered.

  2. Build the right supply plan.

We coordinate production and establish inventory commitments around the agreed requirements.

  3. Order when you need it.

Your locations order from the program’s available stock. SI coordinates fulfillment and delivery directly to the destination.

  4. Support for the years ahead.

Your dedicated SI representative coordinates replacement parts and customer service long after the initial delivery.

Working with SI.
Your questions, answered.

Can you work to our brand specifications?

We establish the product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and requirements with your team before production. Samples help confirm the agreed approach so the program can supply a consistent product across locations.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Free samples are available to interested buyers. Custom samples may require a fee, reimbursable when a program agreement is finalized.

What purchasing options are available?

Locations can order and pay SI directly, or purchase through a consolidation company. We work with your team to support the purchasing approach that fits your program.

How are inventory and replenishment managed?

Our warehouse maintains inventory records and performs physical checks quarterly. We review order volume and history to identify replenishment needs and advise your team. A rolling 12-month forecast of planned openings helps us plan, but is not required.

What if a shipment arrives damaged?

Contact your dedicated SI sales representative. SI handles shipping issues and sends replacement boards for shipping damage, rather than asking your location to make repairs.

What warranty support is available?

Warranty coverage is established for each program, with individual issues reviewed case by case. Your dedicated SI representative coordinates product concerns and warranty claims.

Who do we contact for parts or other issues?

Your dedicated SI sales representative is your point of contact for replacement parts, product questions, warranty issues, logistics, and shipping damage. We continue supplying parts and customer service long after the initial delivery.

Can one program include static and digital?

Yes. We can coordinate static light boxes and digital displays through one point of contact. Equipment, installation, content management, and service requirements are defined for each project.
